Community Service Hours - Tracking Sheet
For Varsity team members to print off and track their community service hours.
All Varsity Sideline cheerleaders and managers are required to accumulate 20 hours per cheer season of community service as part of their lettering requirements.
Hours can be volunteer work inside -OR- outside of school/cheerleading.
Hours can include fundraising events organized through the cheer program and/or booster club.
Hours can be accumulated starting June 2026 through the end of October 2026. Hours will not be accepted past the end of October 2026.
Hours should be documented, signed off by an adult in charge of the service event (NOT a parent), and turned into coaching staff in order to be counted.

This is a group to sell, trade, or give away your gently used Rogers cheerleading uniforms, spiritwear, or gear.
Register for 2026 Speed + Strength for Girls
Speed + Strength is highly recommended for sideline cheerleaders and is required for all JV Traditional competition team members.
"This 7-week course is designed for the competitive high school athlete. Participants will spend one hour in the weight room doing total body workouts and one hour working on speed, agility, and/or sport-specific work."
Registration is based on the grade the student has just completed. Participants must be entering grades 9, 10, 11, or 12 in the upcoming school year. (upcoming 8th graders will be allowed to register on a case-by-case basis.)
